LFC — Lethwei Fighting Championship

The institutional global home of the world's oldest nine-limb striking discipline.

A thousand-year-old bare-knuckle, headbutt-permissive combat sport with an audience already in the millions — and no institutional global promoter. Until now.

The Opportunity

A consolidated industry. One unclaimed category.

Global combat sports has consolidated around four institutional platforms. Each owns a distinct discipline. Lethwei is the unclaimed category — a thousand-year-old striking art with millions of existing fans and no institutional global promoter. LFC is building that platform.

  • UFCMixed Martial Arts · TKO Group
  • ONE ChampionshipMuay Thai & pan-Asian martial arts · Singapore-based
  • GLORYKickboxing · Netherlands-founded, globally distributed
  • BKFCBare-Knuckle Boxing · US-led
  • LFCLethwei — nine-limb, bare-knuckle, headbutt-permitted · The unclaimed white space

Each of the four major platforms took a discipline that already had cultural and competitive legitimacy and built the institutional infrastructure around it. None of them promotes Lethwei.

The investment is in the platform that captures the audience — not in creating it.

02

The Sport

A thousand years of warrior code, distilled into nine points of contact.

Lethwei warrior

Lethwei is the traditional martial art of Myanmar, with origins in the Pyu kingdoms over a thousand years ago. It is recognised today by the Myanmar government as the national sport, carrying cultural weight comparable to sumo in Japan or Muay Thai in Thailand.

Two fists. Two elbows. Two knees. Two shins. And the head. Bare-knuckled. Bound only by traditional cotton and gauze. The only major regulated combat sport that permits headbutts.

Strategic Assets

What's already in place.

LFC is not a category-creation play. The discipline exists, the audience exists, the rights are held, and distribution is signed. The pilot proves the economics.

01 — Rights

Exclusive Promotional Rights

International rights via the Myanmar Lethwei Federation; sanctioned operating jurisdiction in Thailand at flagship scale.

02 — Audience

8.4M Combined Reach

Across owned channels, fighter ambassadors and federation platforms — including LethweiWorld.com, MLF, WLF and partners.

03 — Talent

Anchor Athletes Signed

Dave Leduc, multi-time Lethwei world champion, is signed. Further big-name fighters and a Hollywood backer are also contracted — names confidential until announcement, and disclosed to investors under NDA.

04 — Distribution

Worldwide Deal Secured

A worldwide distribution agreement is already signed, carrying a contractually guaranteed $40,000 marketing campaign across Prime Video, Samsung TV+, Xumo, Plex, DAZN and more — a global audience before a ticket is sold.

04

Phased Execution

Prove it first. Then scale it.

Rather than raise millions on faith, we are running one broadcast-grade proof event to de-risk the institutional round that follows. Each step is funded by evidence from the one before it.

The Pilot

Step One

One premium broadcast-quality event — exciting matchups, a tight high-energy venue, cloud OB production and a worldwide live stream. The reserve funds further events if needed.

Step Two

Viewership, engagement and unit economics captured as hard data — the production quality and audience reach that price the larger round on facts rather than projections.

Step Three

The pilot's evidence supports the institutional raise that builds the full platform — approached from strength, with early SAFE money converting at the point that round prices.

The Pilot Economics

The event pays for itself.

Raise $200K · stage the event for ~$87K · take ~$85K back in · finish with ~$198K still in the bank. The event covers its own cost, and every subsequent event is cheaper on the same revenue — the model gets healthier with each repeat.

06

The Ask

Back the proof, not the promise.

A simple SAFE. US$200,000 to fund one broadcast-grade pilot event in full, with a substantial working reserve behind it. Your money converts into equity at the institutional round that the pilot unlocks.

Why Early Money Wins

The pilot proves it; the raise scales it; early money wins. Back the pilot at a $2M cap and, when the institutional round prices at a $10M target, early money converts at up to ~5× the equity of investors coming in at that point.

LFC is not a start-up in a crowded category. It is the first institutional promoter of a sport that has existed for a thousand years, whose audience already numbers in the millions, and whose cultural and competitive legitimacy is not in question. We would rather prove that with one event than ask anyone to take it on faith.
